- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping information before placing your order.
- Bundle 37 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Once your order has shipped, you are responsible for tracking your package.
- Bundle 37 is not liable for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or carrier-marked delivered packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Bundle 37.
